THE VILLAS

On the resort 14 twin villas will be build which comprise ground floor and first floor.

The ground floor has an entrance, spacious and brigh open plan living room with dining area and fully fitted kitchen with SIEMENS appliances. From the living you can access the terrace and garden. The outside areas differ per villa from 500 sqm till 840 sqm.

A pool can be installed (optional with added costs). On the ground floor there is one bedroom with walk-in closet and bathroom.

The first floor comprises of 2 spacious bedrooms with both their own en-suite bathroom and walk-in closet. From both bedroom you can walk straight on to the beautiful large terrace and enjoy magnificent views over the green landscape and ocean. The garden sizes vary from 550 sqm till 840 sqm.
