• Manage a sales team and provide leadership, training and coaching
  • Develop a sales strategy to achieve organizational sales goals and revenues
  • Oversee the existing and improve the sales processes from lead generation to closing deals
  • Set individual sales targets with sales team of 5 agents and more
  • Grow the Sales Team
  • Track, collate and interpret sales figures and ways of improving
  • Consolidate a leading position on the Marbella real estate market
  • Dealing with buyers and vendors in representation
  • Experience in sales for at least 5 years, preferably in the real estate industry
  • Sales Manager experience of at least 3 years is preferred
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
  • Strong leadership and team management skills with excellent communication and negotiation abilities
  • Eager to achieve and exceed goals every year
  • Knowledge of the Marbella market (preferred but not a must)
  • Proficiency in English both written and spoken; other languages are a plus
