The sale of my property started off slowly (possibly the time of the year) but when Pedro took over things changed very quickly. I had quite a few bookings all at once, loads of feedback (both good and bad points). He helped me negotiate to get a price I was happy with once we found a buyer. Nothing was any trouble for him, from helping me clear the property, getting a leak fixed or taking the final meter readings, Pedro was always happy to help.
